DESCRIPTION:Open to everyone! Allies welcome! \n \nDescription: Join us at the Manchester True Collaborative Community Center every Monday in August (except August 4th) at 6pm for a mindfulness practice. \nTechniques taught in this class will start with raising your awareness mind/body/breath connection. We will use these techniques and instructions to move your energy and essences and bring in the wholeness of you truly are instead of letting go of who you are not. Each weekly meditation builds a new skill onto the previous week.  \nDate/Time: Every Monday in August (except August 4th) from 6pm – 6:45 PM.  \nCost: Fee for each class is pay what you can donation to cover travel costs and expenses for the instructor.
