Description: Join us at the Manchester True Collaborative Community Center every Monday in April at 5:15pm for a mindfulness practice. Techniques taught in this class will start with raising your awareness mind/body/breath connection. We will use these techniques and instructions to move your energy and essences and bring in the wholeness of you truly are instead of letting go of who you are not. Each weekly meditation builds a new skill onto the previous week.
Date/Time: Every Monday in April from 5:15 – 6:00 PM.
Cost: Fee for each class is pay what you can donation to cover travel costs and expenses for the instructor.
