Rachel Teague, EdD (She/Her)

Vice President of Operations

Dr. Rachel Teague has called New Hampshire home her whole life, growing up on the seacoast and later settling in the greater Manchester area after serving with City Year NH in 2006. Wearing many hats as a TEDx speaker, writer, DEI advocate, academic, facilitator, small business owner/consultant, and committed volunteer, Rachel is passionate about making a positive impact. She’s thrilled to be a part of Manchester True Collaborative’s founding board, driven by her desire to be the queer mentor she wished she had growing up. If you see Rachel and her wife, Nina, cheering on their three kids at local activities, don’t hesitate to say hello!

With a rich background in business development, coordinating shelter operations, and recovery-focused initiatives, Matthew has a deep understanding of the challenges faced by those seeking support. He is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services at Southern New Hampshire University, and in his spare time enjoys spending time with his friends, family, and his Pomeranian Pascal. Matthew’s work at MTC is fueled by his belief in the power of connection and his commitment to helping people rebuild their lives and find freedom.

Alyssa Maston (She/They)

Alyssa first became involved with MTC as part of the Pride Committee that helped put on MTC’s first Pride Festival in 2023. She was a co-chair of the 2024 Pride Festival and has since expanded her focus to helping MTC find ways to bring together the local queer community all year round. She has both a BS and an MS in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University and is a licensed CPA. Alyssa loves working behind the scenes to create spaces for people to come together and find community!

Carly Snodgrass, LCMHC (She/Her)

Carly is a clinical mental health counselor in the southern NH community. She enjoys working with all populations and takes pride in assisting others to make sustainable changes in their lives. Carly loves writing, learning, and stories in all forms. She is an animal lover and always up for an adventure.

Ang Messier (They/Them)

Fundraising Coordinator and Board Member at Large

Ang is thrilled to be tackling all things fundraising for Manchester True Collaborative. With over a decade of peer to peer fundraising experience for Boston Children’s Hospital, they bring a strong background in grassroots engagement and relationship building, focusing on sustainable partnerships that keep MTC’s programs accessible and thriving. In their downtime, Ang loves playing games, reading, tending to dozens of houseplants, spending time with family, and adding to an ever growing collection of raccoon art and paraphernalia.

Rosie Emrich, LCMHC (She/Her)

Youth Coordinator and Board Member at Large

Rosie is a licensed clinical mental health counselor and the Clinical Director of a group private practice. As the parent of a transgender child, she and her family have been active in LGBTQIA+ advocacy at the state and national level. When her family struggled to find community in New Hampshire during her child’s transition, Rosie channeled that experience into action — facilitating youth activities and joining the board of MTC to ensure other kids and families have the support and community that has been lacking in the Granite State up until now.
