Participant applications will open on March 13th and will remain open until the date specified on each application.
The 2026 Manchester Pride Festival and Parade will take place in downtown Manchester on June 27th. The parade will start around 11am and will begin at the intersection of Bridge St and Elm St and travel down Elm St to Veteran’s Park. The festival will begin at 12pm in Veteran’s Park and will end at 5pm. Performances will take place on the main stage for the entire duration of the festival. All participants will be required to arrive early to ensure all set up is complete before the start of the event – arrival times will be assigned closer to the event.

Vendor Application
Applications to participate as a vendor in Veteran’s Park will be open from March 13th through April 19th. We have limited space, so your spot will not be guaranteed until you have heard from us that you have been accepted. We will reach out to all accepted participants by April 30th and payment will be due soon after that to hold your spot.
Vendor spots are priced in three tiers based on location:
- Red spots: $350
- Blue spots: $200
- Yellow spots: $50
All spots are 12 ft x 12 ft. No water or electrical hookups are available.
Parade Application
Parade participation applications will be open from March 13th through May 30th. There is no space limitation for the parade, so please complete the application and submit payment to reserve your spot. You will receive confirmation of your spot within 10 days of your application submission and payment.
- Small group participation (less than 50 participants): $100
- Large group participation (more than 50 participants): $200
If you are participating as a vendor, sponsor, or performer you do not need to pay any additional fee to participate in the parade.

There is no fee for GSA groups to participate in the parade.
Groups that would like to participate in the parade should come with at least one adult chaperone who can walk with them. Individual students aged 18 or younger are welcome to participate in the parade under Manchester Outright, and can register by emailing [email protected], or register the day of the event.
Food Vendor Application
Applications for participate as a food vendor at the festival will be open from March 13th through April 19th. We have limited space, so your spot will not be guaranteed until you have heard from us that you have been accepted. We will reach out to all accepted participants by April 30th and payment will be due soon after that to hold your spot.
- Food vendor participation: $200-350
No water or electrical hookups are available. Necessary permits are required to be obtained by all food vendors.
Performer Application
Applications to participate as a performer at the festival will be open from March 13th through April 19th. We have limited time to fill, so your spot will not be guaranteed until you have heard from us that you have been accepted. We will reach out to all accepted participants by April 30th with further details.
