September Weekly Mindfulness Practice

Open to everyone! Allies welcome!

 

This month, we’re excited to offer two different kinds of mindfulness activities!

Mindfulness Movement will focus on clearing your mind through movement exercises such as Tai Chi.

Mindfulness Drawing will include the teaching of Zen Tangle, Neuro Art, and Circle Drawing techniques effective for finding peace and calm (supplies included, but you may bring your own if you prefer!).

 

September 8th: Mindfulness Movement

September 15th: Mindfulness Drawing

September 22nd: Mindfulness Movement

September 29th: Mindfulness Drawing

 

Time: 6pm – 6:45 PM.

Cost: Fee for each class is pay what you can donation to cover travel costs and expenses for the instructor.
